Terms and conditions for Unlimited Group Fitness Classes

Unlimited group fitness classes per month. A $15 no show or late cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your upcoming session less than 3 hours before the session. The Member agrees to pay recurring monthly dues. The member can cancel their membership online through their membership page before the next billing cycle. If members choose not to, their membership will automatically be billed month to month. No refunds will be offered if the member does not cancel in a timely manner. The below signed parties hereby enter into this gym membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above. This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Demco Fitness harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.
