Terms and conditions for Introductory Month

This offer is for new members only. If a member no shows or late cancels (less than 3 hours before the session) they will lose their session. The below signed parties hereby enter into this gym membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above. This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Demco Fitness harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.
