Terms and conditions for 8 Semi-Private Sessions (4 months prepaid)

8 semi-private personal training sessions per month with unlimited access to group fitness classes. Sessions do not roll over into the next month and unused sessions will be lost. Member will lose their session if they no show or late cancel their upcoming session less than 3 hours before the session. No refunds will be offered if the member does not cancel in a timely manner. Membership dues will be paid by automatic debit or credit card transactions every 4 months. The member can cancel their membership online through their membership page at any point before the next billing cycle. A member can place their membership on hold upon request, for up to 2 months, if they will be absent for more than 2 weeks. After an accumulation of 2 months, the membership will resume. The below signed parties hereby enter into this gym membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above. This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Demco Fitness harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.
