Terms and conditions for Unlimited (month-to-month)

Unlimited semi-private personal training sessions per month with unlimited access to conditioning classes. Sessions do not roll over into the next month and unused sessions will be lost. Member will be charged a $15 fee if they no show or late cancel their upcoming session less than 3 hours before the session. The Member agrees to pay monthly dues each month until they cancel online before their next billing cycle. No refunds will be offered if the member does not cancel in a timely manner. These dues will be paid by automatic debit or credit card transactions each month. A member can place their membership on hold upon request, for up to 2 months, if they will be absent for an more than 2 weeks. After an accumulation of 2 months, the membership will resume. The below signed parties hereby enter into this gym membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above. This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Demco Fitness harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.
